Te Tītoki Mataora Forum
24th - 26th June 2024, The Hilton Auckland
NOTE: Te Tītoki Mataora Forum Day 1 24 June is now SOLD OUT
The Consortium for Medical Device Technologies (CMDT) and Aotearoa Brain Project invite you to join us for the third Te Tītoki Mataora (TTM) MedTech Research Translator Forum as part of HealthTech Week 2024. Te Tītoki Mataora is a national translational research initiative that began in 2021 to advance Aotearoa New Zealand's capability in MedTech translation. We aim to accelerate clinical and commercial opportunities to sustainable ventures that will improve health outcomes for all and contribute to our national economic growth.
This forum will dive into the idea of innovation ecotones; the boundaries where diverse fields, ideas and disciplines converge to spark creative breakthroughs. Much like the rich biodiversity found in ecotones in nature, these zones of innovation thrive on the cross-pollination and collaboration of knowledge, expertise, and perspectives. Within innovation ecotones, individuals from varying backgrounds collaborate, exchange insights, and challenge conventional thinking, leading to the emergence of novel solutions to complex problems. Join us as we explore innovation ecotones for health technology and the boundaries between researchers, clinicians, patients, industry, and more.
The Te Tītoki Mataora Forum is a 3-day event, designed to be highly interactive to facilitate accidental collisions with existing and new colleagues to spark great ideas and continue to build and develop our collaborative ecosystem. Our programme will take you from the comfort of your workplace to new spaces and thinking, explore new frontiers and help you grow your networks to support you on your translational journey.
All are welcome.
