This address will reflect on New Zealand's and the global response to the pandemic and draw out key lessons for leading in a VUCA world - Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous. The session will highlight implications for the development of digital health technologies and how we undertake research, in particular alongside policy and implementation.
