12.15 13.00 District Health Boards (DHB) Aligning Clinical Practice with the Pharmaceutical Schedule
Medical Devices are to be assessed by PHARMAC for procurement by DHBs. The role of Clinical Product Co-ordinators (CPC) will need to evolve towards integrating listed devices into procedures/paths of care, ensuring alignment across DHBs. Can there be a national process for transitioning DHBs to contracted devices they desire or are required to procure from the Schedule?
